About Underwater World Pattaya
Underwater World Pattaya is an indoor aquarium on Sukhumvit Road in Bang Lamung, built around a 105-metre walk-through glass tunnel. As you move along the moving walkway, fish, rays and sharks glide above and around you, giving the feeling of strolling along the sea floor.
Beyond the tunnel there is a large shark tank, scheduled feeding shows and an interactive touch pool where you can get hands-on with safe marine life — making it a reliable, weather-proof outing for families and anyone after a calmer break from the beach.
For a bigger adrenaline hit, the aquarium offers a dive-with-sharks experience inside the main tank. Tickets are ฿500 for foreigners and ฿250 for Thai nationals, and are usually booked online through Trip.com or GetYourGuide. Opening hours are not published, so it is worth checking ahead.
