About Sukhawadee House (Baan Sukhawadee)
Sukhawadee House — also known as Baan Sukhawadee — is an opulent palace-style mansion on Sukhumvit Road in Na Kluea, North Pattaya. Built by the owner of Saha Farms to showcase Thai art and architecture, the complex comprises ten main buildings set among grand landscaped gardens with sea views.
Inside, the highlight is a solid-gold Guanyin statue, surrounded by ornate halls and decorative detail throughout the palace. The grounds are designed as much for photography as for sightseeing, making it one of the more flamboyant cultural stops in the Pattaya area.
Sukhawadee also stages live Thai dance performances and serves a Thai buffet. Entry to the mansion and gardens is ฿400, while a combined ticket with the set menu and dance show is ฿700. The dance show runs across two daily windows, 11:00–14:00 and 17:10–20:00.
