Skybar Summer Club sits on the 27th floor of the Siam@Siam Design Hotel on Pattaya 2nd Road, and it is one of the city's most iconic rooftop venues — an elegant, adults-leaning mix of restaurant, cocktail bar and open-air club. The headline feature is the twin-level swimming pool, the only double-level rooftop pool in Pattaya, wrapped by an open terrace with panoramic views over the Gulf of Thailand and the city skyline.
The night builds slowly: an early happy hour from 18:00 to 19:00, a full dining menu on the deck, then live DJ sets, pole-art performances and occasional open-air cinema nights as the evening goes on. It draws an upmarket crowd of couples and well-heeled visitors who come as much for the sunset and the view as for the music.
Entry to the rooftop is ฿500, redeemed as a food-and-drink voucher against your bill, and the upper level is 18-plus. The venue took a TripAdvisor 2024 Best Restaurant award, which reflects its dual identity as a serious dining destination as well as a rooftop bar.
