About Sitpholek Institute of Muay Thai Techniques

Sitpholek Institute of Muay Thai Techniques is an established fight camp on Soi Khao Talo in Bang Lamung, with more than 25 years of training experience behind it. Alongside traditional Muay Thai it teaches Western boxing, MMA and Lethwei (Burmese boxing), giving guests an unusually broad striking syllabus under one roof.

The camp is run by Frank Sitpholek , who is also the promoter behind Pattaya Boxing World — so members train in a place with genuine connections to the local fight scene. Sessions run in the morning and again in the afternoon, with the per-session price including use of the on-site weights gym.

Because Sitpholek has its own dorm rooms with en-suite bathrooms, WiFi and an on-site restaurant, it works well as a training base where you can stay, eat and train in one place. It holds a 4.8 rating across 29 reviews.
