About ISS Boxing and Muay Thai
ISS Boxing and Muay Thai, in Nongprue, is the oldest fight gym in Pattaya — established in 1989. Decades on, it remains a genuine old-school camp, teaching Muay Thai, Western boxing, MMA and full-contact karate in a no-frills environment built around real fight training.
Its pedigree is exceptional. The gym was founded by Robert McInnes , a coach whose athletes have included some of combat sports' biggest names — among them four-time K-1 World Grand Prix champion Peter Aerts, heavyweight Pedro Rizzo and, more recently, boxing's Tyson Fury. That kind of lineage is rare anywhere in Thailand.
On site there is a ring, bags and a strength area, plus a sauna and ice bath for recovery. With a 4.3 rating, ISS is a destination for those who value heritage and serious coaching over polished tourist facilities.
