About Petchrungruang Gym
Petchrungruang is Pattaya's most established Muay Thai family, training fighters since 1986. It welcomed its first foreign student in 1987 and has spent nearly four decades building a reputation for authentic, traditional Thai boxing rooted in genuine fight-camp culture.
The gym is led by Kru Den (Dennoi Lueadrayong), who brings around 30 years of coaching experience and remains at the heart of the founding family. Training covers Muay Thai, traditional Thai boxing, sparring and a dedicated kids' programme, so the camp suits everyone from young beginners to working fighters.
The facility is purpose-built for fighters, with a main ring, a separate kids' ring, six heavy bags, a weights and strength area, training mats and showers. With a 4.9 rating across its reviews, Petchrungruang remains one of Pattaya's most respected old-school camps.
