About Battle & Conquer Gym

Battle & Conquer is a family-run, old-school combat-sports gym on Pratamnak Hill, built around a simple motto: "No Frills. No Excuses." It pairs authentic Muay Thai and Western boxing with a fully equipped strength gym, so members can train striking and lift under one roof.

With a perfect 5.0 rating across more than 2,200 reviews, it is one of the highest-rated fight gyms anywhere in Pattaya. Coaching comes from a tight team of experienced Krus — Nat, Bernie, Ton and Jack — who keep classes personal and technical for everyone from first-timers to fighters.

Recovery is taken seriously too, with an on-site sauna and ice bath. For long-stay visitors, Battle & Conquer offers a 6-month package designed to suit Thailand's DTV (Destination Thailand Visa) training route.
